How can i stop the habit of chewing sunflower seeds when im playing baseball?

When i chew sunflower seeds i dont spit them out.I chew them and swallow. i must go through a whole bag in one game.Im also hurting my team because this always seems to happen around the seventh inning when my team needs the big stick to come around,i cant go to bat because from all the sunflower seeds i chew i have to go to the john.Its also tinkering around my health a little.I mean when im going on the toilet it burns like hot sauce and razor blades.How do i stop?
