Is it okay to wear baseball batting gloves for weight training?

I got some baseball batting gloves which have an amazing grip! I was wondering if I could wear em at the gym to do weights… They have a great grip. Although, I’ve never seen anyone work out with full finger gloves…

I do the same thing! I figured this out by accident. I injured my thumb so it was hurting to have the pressure on the thumb when I was doing bench press. I put on my batting gloves and my thumb dindt hurt nearly as much if at all. It helped me a lot and I haven’t had any problems yet. I would imagine though that it could wear down the palm of your batting glove pretty quick.
